TC Outstanding Paper Prizes are given annually and administrated by TCs. The general guidelines and timelines include the following: Papers published in CDC and CCTA in year N are eligible for the prize in year N+1. TC chairs call for nominations from TC members (January-March) TC chairs form the selection committee and send the committee rosters to VPTA (or CSS Award Committee Chair in case of conflict of interest) for approval (January-March) The committee selects the winner (April-May) TC chairs inform VPTA of the results (May-June) CSS issues the certificates, TC chairs announce the results, and present the certificate to the winners VPTA submits a column to CSM in July, announcing all winners. The column will appear in the December issue.
