Combining Learning and Control in Cyber-Physical Systems

The workshop intends to stimulate a discussion on new approaches for CPS at the intersection of learning and control. The invited speakers will cover a wide range of CPS applications with informationally decentralized structures and discuss how large volumes of data that are increasing with time can be used to develop data-driven approaches. Combining control theory with learning can provide significant opportunities in developing optimal control strategies for CPS in real time. The expected outcome of the workshop is to identify a feasible research roadmap that would result in new approaches for addressing existing challenges.
