Bart De Schutter Email Biography Bart de Schutter (M’08–SM’10–F’19) is a Full Professor with the Delft Center for Systems and Control, Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands. He is a Senior Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems and an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control. His current research interests include intelligent transportation, infrastructure and power systems, hybrid systems, and multi-level control.
