Biography

Cong Shuang, a professor in the Department of Automation at the University of Science and Technology of China, holds a national doctoral degree in Italy and serves as a doctoral supervisor. She has been engaged in research on motion control since 1989, and have been studying quantum system control theory and methods since 2000. So far, more than 500 academic papers have been published in domestic and international academic journals and conferences on the theory and methods of quantum system control, advanced control strategies, and their applications and optimization algorithms in motion control. Published 12 monographs as independent and first author, with 2 chief editors; It has undertaken more than 30 research projects, including the National 973, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the President's Fund of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Province. 35 national invention patents, 13 provincial and ministerial awards, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences Outstanding Young Scholar Award, the second prize of Anhui Natural Science, and the first prize of Anhui Science and Technology Excellent Paper; 5 international conference and magazine awards. Currently, she is the Member of the Control Design Technical Committee of the International Federation of Automation (IFAC); Vice Chairman of the System Simulation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation; Member of the Control Theory and Application Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation.
