Wuquan Li Email Website Biography Wuquan Li received his Ph.D. degree in College of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, China, in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, he carried out his postdoctoral research with Institute of Systems Science, Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. Since January 2011, he has been with School of Mathematics and Statistics Science, Ludong University, where he is currently a professor. He is Distinguished Expert of Taishan Scholars in China. He was a visiting scholar in University of California, San Diego, USA. He now serves as an Associate Editor for three international journals: Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Systems & Control Letters.
