Vincent Andrieu Email Biography Vincent Andrieu received the graduate degree in applied mathematics from INSA de Rouen, Saint-tienne-du-Rouvray, France, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree from Ecole des Mines de Paris, Paris, France, in 2005, under the supervision of Dr. Praly (ENSMP) and Dr. Piet-Lahanier (ONERA) in the team (CAS), with dissertation titled “Output feedback and observer” (in French). Before that, he worked with ONERA (French aerospace research company). In 2006, he had a research appointment with the Control and Power Group, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London. In 2008, he joined CNRS-LAAS Laboratory, Toulouse, France, as a CNRS-Chargé de Recherche. Since 2010, he has been with LAGEP-CNRS, Université de Lyon 1, Villeurbanne, France. In 2014, he joined the functional analysis group, Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Germany, for two sabbatical years. He is currently a Research Associate with CNRS (CR1). His main research interests are in the feedback stabilization of controlled dynamical nonlinear systems and state estimation problems. He is also interested in the practical application of these theoretical problems, and especially in the field of aeronautics and chemical engineering.
