Ülle Kotta Email Biography Ülle Kotta received the Ph.D. degree from the Estonian Academy of Sciences in 1980 and the D.Sc. degree from the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1993. In 1996 and 2018 she was awarded the Estonian Science Award. At present she is a Lead Research Scientist at Tallinn University of Technology. Her research interests lie in nonlinear control theory and her group is a part of the Estonian Center of Excellence EXCITE. She is the author of a research monograph and a (co)author of more than 200 Position(s) & Affiliation(s) Tallinn University of Technology Estonia
