Shoma Matsui Email Biography Shoma Matsui received the B. Eng. In Electrical and Information Engineering degree from Osaka City University in 2019, and the M. Sc. In Engineering degree from University of Michigan in 2020. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada.
