Shalabh Bhatnagar Email Website Biography Shalabh Bhatnagar (IEEE SM'05-F'25) received a Bachelor's in Physics (Hons) from the University of Delhi, in 1988, and his Masters and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 1992 and 1997, respectively. He held postdoctoral positions at the Institute for Systems Research, University of Maryland, College Park, USA (1997-2000) and at the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, Netherlands (2000-01). He has been on the faculty of the Indian Institute of Science from December 2001, where he is currently a Senior Professor.
