Martina Mammarella Email Website Biography Martina Mammarella received the B.Sc. (2012), M. Sc. (2015) and Ph. D. (2019) all in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Her domains of expertise are flight mechanics, spacecraft control system, mission and system design. She has been involved in some Italian and European projects on electric space tugs for Deep Space exploration supported by ESA, ASI, and Piedmont region and she collaborated with several European and American Universities and Research Centers for the definition and experimental validation of innovative predictive control techniques for autonomous aerial and space vehicles. She is currently working at the Institute of Electronics, Information Engineering and Telecommunication of the Italian National Research Council, as senior research fellow focusing on developing advanced robust and stochastic predictive control techniques for constrained systems. Her research includes also lab and on-field experimental validation of those algorithms for the control of spacecraft and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle dynamics during proximity operations and precision agriculture tasks, respectively.
